At Log House Foods, responsible sourcing of palm oil is integral to our commitment to quality, social responsibility, and sustainability. As a proud member of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), we strive to ensure that all palm-based ingredients used in our products meet the highest environmental and ethical standards, supporting a healthier planet and thriving communities.

Policy Commitments

• We commit to sourcing 100% RSPO-certified palm oil, palm kernel oil, and related derivatives, prioritizing Segregated or Mass Balance supply chains in line with RSPO guidelines.
• We ensure full traceability of our palm oil supply chain to the mill and plantation level, avoiding deforestation, peatland destruction, and the conversion of natural ecosystems.
• All suppliers, including their affiliates, are required to comply with RSPO principles, our Supplier Code of Conduct, and all applicable local, national, and international laws.
• We uphold human rights by respecting the rights of workers, Indigenous Peoples, and local communities, including the right to Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC).
• We conduct thorough social and environmental risk assessments using industry-recognized verification systems and maintain robust grievance mechanisms.
• We actively engage with suppliers, industry associations, NGOs, and customers to share best practices and promote continuous improvement in palm oil sustainability.
• We implement and track time-bound corrective action plans to address any non-compliance, with clear consequences for failure to meet standards.
• We commit to transparency by regularly reporting our progress and publicly sharing key metrics related to our palm oil sourcing practices.

Scope

This policy applies to all palm-based raw materials—including refined palm oil, palm kernel oil, and their derivatives—sourced globally for our operations, brands, and private-label products. It governs our direct suppliers and contracted partners.
