Bake: 350°F for about 8-10 minutes.
Make: Large Cookies Sheet
Yield: 30 Cookies

• 1-1/2 cups Graham Crackers crumbs
• 1/2 cup All-purpose flour

• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

• 1 stick butter (softened)
• 1-1/2 cups Log House flaked coconut
• 1 bag Log House cherry chips

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl mix Graham Crumbs, flour, and baking powder. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk and butter until smooth. Add dry ingredients mixture. Stir until mixed. Add coconut and cherry chips. Drop by teaspoon onto un-greased cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes.
